Entrepreneurship is the fancy word that comes to mind when we think of setting up our very own business and taking the risk of finding our foothold within the markets.

While some are born entrepreneurs and others need to work their way through the dynamics it is no surprise that both types of individuals need the right experience, exposure, and network in order to excel. Therefore, pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship is quite helpful. The top schools to offer great programs within the US include:

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

MIT is a private school and offers great scope for degree programs in Entrepreneurship. The tuition fee is estimated at $54,000. The school gives great attention to research in science and technological advancements and enables individuals to be of competence within the global markets.

Being able to call yourself an MIT graduate or alumni is sufficient enough for employers to know your worth and exposure.

University of California – Berkeley

You might have heard of Berkeley, but what you might not know is about its top ranks within entrepreneurship programs. Berkeley equips you not only for the corporate world but also teaches management of resources and efficient productivity rather than only sticking to classroom learning.

It costs around $44,000 (out-of-state) and $15,000 (in-state) to study at the school. Many famous personalities are alumni here such as former U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Earl Warren, Olympic gold medalist Jonny Moseley, and even actor and Hollywood star Chris Pine.

Indiana University – Bloomington

Bloomington at Indiana University is a public school. Indiana might not be the first name you think of when looking at entrepreneurship programs but they have some of the most top-ranked entrepreneurship programs to offer.

It costs merely $37,000 to attend school here and in-state costs are even lower. The school offers great exposure and experience towards the corporate world and focuses a great deal on problem resolving techniques. The on-campus life is an affair you just do not want to miss out on either.

University of Pennsylvania

Founded by Benjamin Franklin and located in Philadelphia, the University of Pennsylvania is the dream school for up and coming entrepreneurs. The private institute offers a great variety of entrepreneurship concentrations to choose from.

While the cost of attending school here might be slightly higher than you would like, the degree however is worth every penny.  Former US President Donald Trump, singer, and songwriter John Legend are two of the many notable alumni of the University of Pennsylvania.

University of Texas, Austin

The University of Texas at Austin is among the biggest public institutes within the states. The school ranks high not only in the United States but also holds a reputable position in the global business school ranking. It allows you to build your own network by offering numerous clubs and organizations set up by the student body.

It also offers jobs on campus if they find potential in you and offer grants for potential business proposals. Getting a degree from the University of Texas will surely open new horizons of opportunities for you. It will help in your corporate world sustainability.
