YouTube is a great source for tech content. It is filled with passionate content creators who wish to guide their viewers in navigating through the ever-evolving tech world. If you’re in the market for a new tech product or just plain curious about current tech news, you should give these YouTubers a follow. To give you a head start, here are five tech YouTubers you should follow this 2020. 

Linus Tech Tips

First off our list is Linus Tech Tips, a channel created for a now-defunct computer store, NCIX. The brain behind this channel is none other than Linus Sebastian, a canadian YouTuber and regarded as one of the most influential YouTubers in the tech space. 

Linus Tech Tips is one of four channels under the Linus Media Group. The other channels are TechLinked, TechQuickie, and Channel Super Fun. As of the time of writing, Linus Tech Tips has 11.4 million subscribers.

MKBHD

Marques Brownlee or popularly known for MKBHD is one of the biggest names in the YouTube tech space. He is regarded as the best “technology reviewer on the planet right now” by former Senior VP, Social for Google, Vic Gundotra.

Marques is passionate about his content. He gives detailed explanation of the tech he is reviewing, and helps his subscribers understand the most complex details. He was even able to invite Elon Musk and Will Smith for an interview in his channel.

Unbox Therapy

Unbox Therapy satisfies all of those unboxing geeks out there. Lewis George Hilsenteger (Host) and Jack McCann (Videographer) founded this channel a few years back. Unbox Therapy became popular for the infamous “Apple Bendgate” controversy.

Aside from the ultra-exclusive tech, he also features unusual gadgets from time-to-time. Have you ever heard of an unspillable cup? How about a a gadget that instantly cools your drink? He’s got it all covered. Unbox Therapy currently has 16.9 million subscribers on YouTube. 

UrAvgConsumer

We’ve featured UrAvgConsumer here before. Judner Aura or popularly known as “UrAvgConsumer” describes himself as a “regular guy who loves tech”. He reviews smartphones, cameras, gaming consoles, and other tech products. He currently has 2.91 million subscribers thanks to his realistic and “average guy” takes on tech products.

MrWhoseTheBoss

Last but not the least, Arun Maini or popularly known was “MrWhoseTheBoss”. He currently sits at the top of the most followed UK tech YouTubers with a staggering 4.5 million subscribers. Huffington Post and Business Insider have featured Arun a couple of times in the past year.

He specializes in detailed reviews on smartphones and smartphone comparison videos.
